- Central ownership of global payroll projects, facilitating and report progress of the total country scope;
- Coordination of tasks in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities for successful rollout projects completions on scheduled launch dates;
- Running implementation pilot projects of new cloud base solutions, whereby processes and procedures are defined;
- Project lead of internal projects, including offshoring, aiming to improve and enhance processes;
- Development of project plans and reports to identify potential risk and impacts;
- Identifying roadblocks, developing solutions for timely implementation and escalating issues as needed;
- Defining and maintaining the project governance model and communication flow for a successful implementation, acting as main point of contact;
- Tracking and communicating project status to stakeholders;
- Completing metrics to report progress against project objectives and milestones; including writing project charters and statement of work;
- Conducting regular meetings with the project team and client to ensure consistent and successful implementation;
- Enhancing customer awareness of full product functionality and best practices, providing customer usage training, sharing testimonials and success stories;
- Managing post-go-live implementation relationship, activity and account development;
- Establishing the change management and control process to track all changes in project scope during the implementation as well as any additional/ongoing post-implementation requirements;
- Ensuring optimal transition from Implementation Management team to Account Management team.
