Daniela Munoz

During my internship, I contributed to the implementation of new features and the improvement of the user experience with the goal of increasing engagement and conversion across the platform. I analyzed user flows and user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for interface improvements, as well as conducted benchmarks and desk research to support user-centered design decisions.

I led the design of a SaaS platform for the creation and issuance of digital credentials, participating from the user research phase through to high-fidelity prototyping.
