As a certified Scrum Master, I help product and IT teams improve their delivery efficiency, collaboration, and ability to continuously deliver business value through Agile and Scrum practices. I focus on supporting teams by removing impediments, improving communication between stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of Scrum in complex project environments.

I mainly work as a Scrum Master on Agile transformation initiatives, IT delivery projects, and SAFe environments within large-scale or fast-growing organizations.

I bring to your team the implementation and continuous improvement of Scrum practices such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective, along with coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement. I also facilitate Agile workshops and Scrum ceremonies, identify and remove delivery impediments, and improve collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders. In addition, I support delivery tracking and optimization through key metrics such as velocity, flow, and quality.

I take a pragmatic, results-oriented approach and adapt to the Agile maturity level of each organization. With strong listening and analytical skills, I quickly understand team dynamics and intervene effectively in complex or transforming environments. My goal is not only to apply Scrum, but to help teams become autonomous, high-performing, and fully aligned with business objectives.

I usually work on Scrum implementation in newly Agile teams, Agile transformation programs including SAFe environments, as well as delivery improvement and team performance optimization initiatives. I also support Agile coaching activities, workshop facilitation, Product Owner and product team collaboration
