Fernando Eijo Sorrentino

I am a Project Manager and Agile Coach working at the intersection of data, technology, and healthcare.

I am comfortable with cloud environments (AWS), data engineering pipelines, analytics platforms and the particular challenges of highly regulated healthcare contexts.

Two experiences have profoundly shaped me:

The first was early on working as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry, and it shaped the current relation I have with my clients. Whether data scientists, analysts, product teams or senior executives, clients must be treated as people to serve, so my everyday focus is to make their work easier and ensure they are satisfied with what we do.

The second experience comes from the last eight years working as an Agile Coach.

This role reinforced a strong bias toward process efficiency and a special care for team dynamics.

Having spent many hours designing and facilitating workshops, I thrive in environments where people with different perspectives and personal agendas must solve complex problems and make tough decisions in the same room.

All of this comes from the same place:

The idea that work should feel smooth for the people involved.

Just like in hospitality, when the experience is well designed people can focus on what really matters. That is the type of environment I try to create in every team and project I am part of.
