As a Data Specialist my job is to resolve any questions on the past or for future decision making. This requires that I create and maintain data pipelines, business documentation and interactive reports with tools like Tableau.
The senior part means that I also have the pleasure to help the data team learn and grow.
We were able to refactor the whole structure of data, similarly to changing parts of a plane while flying and it was done without breaking major processes. We were able to create two dozen reports to satisfy the needs of the company. Afterwards I was able to teach a new team of juniors that were able to correctly take charge of the project so that I could phase out and move to other things.
