I started my career as a Civil Engineer, but I quickly realised that what truly excited me wasn’t the technical details, it was the big picture. I was drawn to the people, the coordination and the vision: how everything connects to make a project successful.
That curiosity led me to project management, where I spent over 8 years in the corporate world before transitioning into freelance consulting. Over the past 4 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of companies: from fast-moving startups to large international corporations.
My early freelance work focused on designing and implementing processes, streamlining operations, and introducing project management frameworks like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. I still do this, but my focus today is crystal clear:

Whether I’m acting as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Consultant, my work is always people-centric. Because the best systems mean nothing without motivated, aligned, and happy teams behind them.
I’m passionate about bringing out the best in people, because I truly believe everyone has potential. And when individuals feel seen, trusted, and supported, they unlock levels of performance and creativity that elevate the entire team.
My engineering mindset gives me structure. My passion for psychology brings the human side.
