At Itaú Bank I led PAC 2.0, a core recurring payments and collections platform at scale: 30% fewer customer complaints, 15% higher collection rate, $15M in annual revenue through fintech integrations. I’ve also built mandate lifecycle systems (SEPA-equivalent), H2H bank integrations, and QR interoperability.
