Product development and content creation. In my position, I help the Association and its staff with its work in strategy, product development, marketing. I regularly write articles with the purpose of engaging with the community members of the association as well as creating awareness of the Association.

I am part of the Quality Assurance team within the customer service department, where we conduct regular audits and evaluate agent performance and policy compliance. Everyday tasks include interpreting and applying the company's quality standards and ensuring ongoing congruity with industry regulatory requirements and standards. This job allows for my strengths and past experience to work together, customer service excellence in combination with sound judgment, and recently added expert product knowledge. I get to use 5 different languages on a weekly basis, but working on implementing a 6th!

The wonderful world of wedding- and event planning gave me the opportunity to not only witness, but also to plan, organize and design for one the most important day in my clients' life. However, it requires a detailed plan of action and well-oiled machinery working like a clockwork behind the scenes, no matter what. Finding the ideal providers and the best suppliers fit for the event, managing papers and necessary documents, as well as assisting with interpretation and mediation between clients and supplier. I obtained several new business relationships and maintained positive relations with existing providers and suppliers to ensure a fruitful collaboration for future events. My passion for gastronomy and oenology came into good use, as well as my knowledge of Barcelona and Catalonia. Other areas where I got to improve my skills are social media management, cultural sensitivity and awareness, and of course in the Spanish and Catalan languages.
