Founded and led an IT consultancy and product company, supporting SMBs across Europe, Turkey, CIS, and MENA. Initially based in Minsk, where I co developed and managed our proprietary Master Data Management platform (Fletum), later relocated to Istanbul to expand sales of SaaS solutions in EU markets. Sold my shares in late 2023 and transitioned to freelance consulting. Key Achievements:

• Drove presales and post-sales activities for Fletum, managing client demos, onboarding, and ongoing delivery.

• Closed multiple B2B SaaS contracts with clients in Turkey and the EU, leading to recurring revenues and client expansion.

• Directed product roadmap and cross-functional teams (dev, QA, support) in agile environments.

• Managed vendor negotiations and resource planning for multi-country delivery setups.

• Led a unit of business analysts responsible for delivering mission-critical systems for internal operations.

• Oversaw project planning, sprint management, and vendor collaboration across 5+ platforms (including Oracle ERP, Inventory & Sales Stock Management, Asset Management, DWH, Billing, IFRS).

• Acted as IT advisor for strategic decisions, reporting to top management and auditors.
