Responsibilities:- Understand customer and business needs and participate in the Product Committee to define the strategic vision of the product.- Create, plan and prioritize the product backlog to provide the maximum value in the minimum possible time.- Specify functional and technical requirements. Translate high-level functionalities into small tasks in the product backlog and ensure that these are shared with the business unit and the IT development team.- Ensure the successful implementation and operation of the final solution.- Define epics and user stories.- Coordinate with the technical department the different phases of task deployment and supervise that the necessary resources are available to meet the product requirements. Lead the Scrum Team to define the objectives of each Sprint.- Define acceptance criteria, manage the entire product quality evaluation process, defining the criteria for adapting the deliverables and providing feedback to the process to optimize the quality of the IT service.
