I have been working as a freelancer since January 2022, leading NeoWebs, where I develop custom management systems and manage paid traffic for small and medium-sized enterprises in Brazil, Portugal, and the UK.

I have developed and sold over 50 management systems for sectors such as auto repair, credit/lending, construction, PPE tracking, and financial dashboards, utilizing Lovable and Supabase. Currently, I provide ongoing support to clients in the accounting and construction sectors, alongside handling one-off projects.

I also manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns—segmented by language and market—and develop landing pages with custom backends for lead generation and qualification.

A key differentiator of my work is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (agents/LLMs) throughout the entire process—from requirements gathering and development to copywriting and campaign strategy—ensuring faster, higher-quality deliverables. Additionally, I have four years of study and practical experience in the financial markets (derivatives and day trading), which enables an analytical approach to data that I apply to the projects I develop.

Responsible for the end-to-end management of company operations, including team leadership, recruitment and hiring, financial control, payments, purchasing, inventory management, product verification, and the organization of internal processes. I focused on operational efficiency, error reduction, and the continuous improvement of activities.
