• Design data integration solutions across the company and develop best practices based on real-world experience.

• Oversee the migration from Snowflake to Unity Catalog, working on prerequisites to ensure a successful transition.

• Design and optimize Databricks and Informatica Cloud solutions for efficient data processing and integration within the Azure environment.

• Lead and oversee the Cloudera migration strategy to Azure architecture.

• Direct a team of 20 data engineers, 10 analysts, and 5 data scientists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise throughout the migration process.

• Develop and enforce new rules and standards for Azure adoption, including data governance, security protocols, and compliance measures such as Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking Services.

• Provide hands-on guidance and training to teams on Azure services and best practices for implementation and utilization.

• Provide architecture reviews, application discussions and prototype, or full development as needed.

• Architect and design scalable infrastructure patterns according to Azure deployment, optimizing performance and resource utilization.

• Drive the design and architecture of complex on-premise /cloud systems and infrastructure.
